GPSDL Solar Energy values Honesty and Transparency in its mission. Therefore, complies with relevant statutory requirements and meets above minimum industry standards and benchmark. The Managing Director, Mr Joe Nete is a registered member of TIPNG. Mr Nete was recognized for successfully prosecuting a double dipping case by a Foreign Company when he reported the case and funded the case in the National Court and got the monies reimbursed to three schools in NCD.
GPSDL is fully Compliant with Investment Promotion Authority requirements and the Companies Act.

GPSDL recognizes and values the importance of proper accounting practices and production of
timely reports and engaged the Services of Beach Accounting Services to do all it’s accounting work.
Safety is one of the top priorities of the Company’s operations and we have zero harm and have
safety work policies that guides us to achieve our target.
We have the following safety standard operation procedures in our workplace:

- Alcohol & drug Spot Checks
